1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Crack It Find It, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
- Daily quizzes are open to all registered users regardless of age
- Physical treasure hunts require an active subscription and are strictly for users 18 years and older
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- One account per person - duplicate accounts will be suspended
3. Subscription
- Annual subscription fee is ₦2,000
- Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation
- Subscriptions automatically expire after one year
- You can renew your subscription at any time
4. Hunt Rules
- Participants must decode messages independently
- Sharing solutions with others may result in disqualification
- First person to decode correctly and find the treasure wins
- All decisions by administrators are final
- Eviction rules apply - violations may result in immediate disqualification
5. Prizes and Withdrawals
- Prizes are awarded as specified for each hunt or quiz
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000
- Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
- You must provide accurate bank account details
- We reserve the right to verify bank account details before processing withdrawals
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, or manipulate the platform
- Share account credentials
- Use automated tools or bots
- Harass or abuse other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any pending earnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Crack It Find It is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
